Adriene Wentworth has devoted her life’s work to understanding our spiritual energy system and how the state of that system affects our spiritual development, our health and our ability to manifest what we want and need in this world. The key phrase of this last sentence is “the state of that system.” Like our physical body systems, our spiritual energy system can also be in various states of “health.” In fact, as many explorers of “energy medicine” are discovering, our physical state of health is often a reflection of the state of our well-being—or lack therefore—of our energy bodies.

Optimal health and well-being—at all the levels, physical, emotional, mental and spiritual—means that we are able to function in full balance and alignment with the perfect blueprint from which we were created. Fundamentally, health is a function of flow, and most specifically, the flow of Source Energy. Health, then, is dependent upon that state of the structures through which this flow of Source Energy takes place. Obviously, any obstructions to that flow or any weaknesses within these structures of flow compromise not only health, but also the ability to create with clear intent.

Through the course of our Soul’s existence, we have experienced many things. Many of those experiences have been positive and many of them have not been so positive. The bumps and bruises of existence have taken their toll on our entire energy system, including at the physical level. Even more, as Adriene has also discovered, our energy system has distorted and tampered with in ways that make it nearly impossible for it to function as it was created to. In short, in our capacity to take in, ground and create with Source Energy is severely limited.

Fortunately, the healing process—especially at the levels possible with the Christa Healing Method—enables us to restore our energy system to full function.
